We will be staying at a historic building which has been converted into a first class bed and breakfast located in the small town of Sant'Agnello. Sorrento is just a short walk away. All rooms are tastefully decorated and are en-suite.

Chef Biagio, his wife Mami, and their children - Guiseppe, Augustino, and O'Della - will be our hosts. We'll have all of our breakfasts here as well all of our dinners. The dinners will be prepared by the students - including our workshop members when we are taking the classes - under the direction of Chef Biagio.
